A Citation is any mention of your business name, address, and phone number anywhere on the internet. It could be anything from social media profiles to directories like Yp.com, Yelp, the Chamber of Commerce, or a Little League team you sponsored years ago.

The critical thing with citations is consistency. When Google finds three different addresses and multiple phone numbers for your business, it can damage your trustworthiness, leading to lost calls and missed change-outs.

 

 

 

No one is doing fantastic in any of these areas.
